Deidre Winter, Managing Director & Owner
A Direct Marketing Practitioner with over twenty years' experience in the direct marketing, logistic and fulfilment services environment, Deidre is the Managing Director and Owner of Mailshop.
Deidre joined the then Clemenger Group owned Mailshop in 2000, appointed GM in 2004, rose to MD in 2006 and purchased the business from the Clemenger Group in July 2013. Deidre has an intimate understanding of direct marketing, fulfilment and relationship management. Recently, Deidre developed and Implemented 'Squirrel' a custom built fulfilment engine, which is an intuitively simple and completely secure, on-line print and logistics platform.
Deidre is a Fuji Xerox Global Advisory Board member, Fuji Xerox Premier Partner, Trustee on the Men's Health Trust NZ board, frequent judge for the NZ Direct Marketing awards and a long terms sponsor of the NZ Marketing Awards.
Claudia Fraser, Group Account Director
Claudia joined Mailshop at the beginning of 2005. Claudia specialised in Direct Marketing after years of working in above-the-line advertising agencies
She worked originally, in a creative services role with the Ogilvy Group both in South Africa and in the UK, co-ordinating workflow through all internal departments as well as recruiting all necessary services to support the creative department to produce advertising campaigns. After some years she moved into an account service role and co-ordinated the European launch of British Telecom throughout Ogilvy’s European offices to ensure the campaign was culturally relevant and ran smoothly.
Jasmyn Rixon, Senior Account & Marketing Manager
Jasmyn is passionate about direct marketing and the ongoing development of services to ensure we keep abreast of the industry trends and not only meet but also predict our client needs.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Management, Jasmyn's industry experience is also attributed to over three years working in fast paced, full service advertising agencies. Keeping on top of the latest marketing developments, Jasmyn has now completed a Digital Marketing Certificate with the Marketing Association and works closely with Mailshop Account Managers to integrate digital channels into direct marketing campaigns.
Amber Rixon, Senior Account Manager & Creative
Amber has industry experience in Auckland and Sydney both within extremely busy DM houses. Amber thrives in this environment, successfully managing constant deadlines from client briefing to data processing, print, production and lodgement.
Supported with a Bachelor of Design, Amber often collaborates with her clients to bring their direct mail piece or bespoke packaging design to life. With an eye for detail and direct mail marketing experience Amber successfully manages her clients campaigns from sign-off to lodgement.
Kelly Mclean, Account Manager
Kelly is the newest member of the Mailshop team.
Prior to joining, Kelly worked in both the telecommunication and corporate travel sector in customer service management roles.
Kelly’s commitment to achieving and exceeding the clients requirements, unparalleled attention to detail and her flexible“can do” attitude has seen her excel as Mailshops, Account Manager for Logistics’ and distribution.
Kelly manages an elite portfolio of clients ensuring the timeliness of fulfilling and distribution of their products on a daily basis.
Steve Dainty, Production Manager
Wide expertise and successful track record in operations gives Steve the perfect skill set as Production Manager for Mailshop. With a focus on Logistics, Print, Digital applications and Fulfilment, Steve is the ultimate leader with over 20 years in the industry. His specialised knowledge in the Direct Communications arena enhances Mailshop’s offerings to clients.
